Wolf Classic Finishing

Finish Process

  1. All surfaces are machine-sanded.
  2. Dust particles are removed before entering each spray machine.
  3. Product enters an automated finish system where solvent-based pigment is applied.
  4. Product is sealed and put through a pre-cure drying process.
  5. Complete cure is done with slow bake process.
  6. All edges of parts are hand-sanded before being put in a brush-sanding machine.
  7. Final topcoat is applied and put through a pre-cure process followed by slow bake for final, thorough curing.
  8. Clear finishes use a post-catalyzed varnish and paint finishes use a post-catalyzed lacquer.
  9. Products are inspected for defects, cleanliness and smoothness.
  10. The front side of the products gets a finish coat, a sealer coat and final top coat. The backs of drawer fronts and doors get a finish coat and a sealer coat.

Special Order Complements Paint Colors

Bayside – A rich, medium blue.This slate blue hue is extremely versatile and will accentuate every style in any room.

Biscayne – The darkest of our Wolf Classic Complements blue finishes. A deep, rich blue shade closest to navy is both elegant and timeless.

Cape – The just-right neutral, a light, breezy tan finish. Vibes of tranquility and luxury, this color works as the foundational backdrop for other design elements or as the main feature.

Currant – A vibrant and fiery red tone. Sure to infuse life into any space it graces, this striking red commands attention and inspires creativity.

Evergreen – A lush and vivid gemstone green. A surefire way to add drama and luxury to any room, this color is a testament to bold expression.

Goldleaf – As its name suggests, a loud golden yellow. A daring and exuberant color choice, this burst of sunlight is for those looking to make a vivid and memorable statement in their décor.
